CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Booking Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • 48+ hours notice: Your deposit may be transferred to a new appointment. • Less than 48 hours notice: The deposit will be forfeited and a 30% cancellation fee of the scheduled service may be charged. • No-shows: Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service before booking future appointments. If you reschedule after a late cancellation or no-show, a new deposit will be required to secure your next appointment. Because many services require extended appointment times, last-minute cancellations leave gaps that are difficult to fill. Thank you for respecting my time and business. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
